【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardintroducestheconceptofproductionassurancewithinthesystemsandoperationsassociatedwithexplorationdrilling,exploitation,processingandtransportofpetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasresources．ThisInternationalStandardcoversupstream(includingsubsea),midstreamanddownstreamfacilitiesandactivities．Itfocusesonproductionassuranceofoilandgasproduction,processingandassociatedactivitiesandcoverstheanalysisofreliabilityandmaintenanceofthecomponentsItprovidesprocessesandactivities,requirementsandguidelinesforsystematicmanagement,effectiveplanning,executionanduseofproductionassuranceandreliabilitytechnology．Thisistoachievecost—effectivesolutionsoverthelifecycleofanasset—developmentprojectstructuredaroundthefollowingmainelements：——production—assurancemanagementforoptimumeconomyofthefacilitythroughallofitslife‘cyclephases,whilealsoconsideringconstraintsarisingfromhealth,safety,environment,qualityandhumanfactors；——planning,executionandimplementationofreliabilitytechnology；。．．．——applicationofreliabilityandmaintenancedata；,．．——reliability-baseddesignandoperationimprovement．Forstandardsonequipmentreliabilityandmaintenanceperformanceingeneral,seetheIEC60300—3series．ThisInternationalStandarddesignates12processes,ofwhichsevenaredefinedascoreproduction。assuranceprocessesandaddressedinthisInternationalStandard．TheremainingfiveprocessesaredenotedasinteractingprocessesandareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard．TheinteractionofthecoreproductiOn．assuranceprocesseswiththeseinteractingprocesses,however,iswithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandardastheinformationflowtoandfromtheselatterprocessesisrequiredtoensurethatproduction．assurancerequirementscanbefulfilled．ThisInternationalStandardrecommendsthatthelistedprocessesandactivitiesbeinitiatedonlyiftheycanbeconsideredtoaddvalue．The0nIvrequirementsmandatedbythisInternationalStandardaretheestablishmentandexecutionoftheproduction—assuranceprogramme(PAP)．
