【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifieshowaweldingprocedurespecificationisapprovedbyweldingproceduretestsforonlandandoffshoresitebuttweldingoftransmissionpipelinesundernormalatmosphericconditions.Testsarecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandardunlessadditionaltests(e.g.CTODtestsandallweldmetaltensiletests)arespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardorcontractwhentheseapply.Thisstandarddefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingprocedureapprovaltestsandthelimitsofvalidityofanapprovedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinclause8.Itappliestothearcweldingofsteelsofgroups1,2and3accordingtoCR12187.Theprinciplesofthisstandardcanbeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocessessubjecttoagreementbetweenthecontractingparties.Therequirementsforweldingprocedurespecificationandqualificationforhyperbaricand"wet"weldingarenotcoveredbythissupplementarystandard.ArcweldingiscoveredbythefollowingprocessesinaccordancewithEN24063:111—metal-arcweldingwithcoveredelectrode;114—flux-coredwiremetal-arcweldingwithoutgasshield;121—submergedarcweldingwithwireelectrode;131—metal-arcinertgaswelding,MIG-welding;135—metal-arcactivegaswelding,MAG-welding;136—flux-coredwiremetal-arcweldingwithactivegasshield;141—tungsteninertgasarcwelding,TIG-welding.Otherfusionweldingprocessesbyagreemente.g.metalcoredwirearcwelding.
