【摘要】:Thisisnotaroutinetest.Thevaluesrecordedareapplicableonlytothesewerbeingtestedandatthetimeoftesting.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresfortestingconcretepipesewerlines,whenusingthenegativeairpressure(vacuum)testmethodtodemonstratetheintegrityoftheinstalledmaterialandtheconstructionprocedures.Thistestmethodcoverstestingof100to900-mmdiametercircularconcretepipesewerlinesutilizinggasketedjoints.Note18212;Theuserofthisspecificationisadvisedthatmethodsdescribedinthistestmethodmayalsobeusedasapreliminarytesttoenablethemanufacturerorinstallertodemonstratetheconditionofsewerpipepriortodeliveryorbackfill.MinimumtesttimespresentedinTable1areforpipelines.Holdingtimesfortestinganindividualpipemayhavetobeincreasedtoallowfortheaccumulationofleakagewhenthetestedpipeareincorporatedintoacontinuouspipeline.Note28212;Theuserofthistestmethodisadvisedthatthenegativeairpressure(vacuum)testcriteriapresentedinthistestmethodaresimilartothoseingeneraluse.Thetestandcriteriahavebeenusedwidelyandsuccessfullyintestingsmallerdiameterpipe.Largerpipewillbeacceptedmoreconvenientlybyvisualinspectionandindividualjointtesting.Note38212;Theuserofthistestmethodisadvisedthatnocorrelationhasbeenfoundbetweenlossofvacuumandwaterleakage.1.2ThistestmethodistheSIcompaniontoTestMethodC1214.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection6forspecificsafetyprecautions.TABLE1MinimumTestTimeNominalPipeSize,mmT(Time),min/100mNominalPipeSize,mmT(Time),min/100m100
